Failed to join Chelsea, Jules Kunde upset at Sevilla

Jules Kounde I’m in a bad mood because I failed to move to Chelsea this summer. He even showed his annoyance to his club Sevilla.

Kounde has indeed become Chelsea’s main target in the transfer market and has even reached a personal agreement with the French player. After that Chelsea held negotiations with Sevilla regarding the nominal transfer.

Initially the process went smoothly because Sevilla were willing to accept an offer of £47 million from Chelsea. That means Kunde is just one step away from joining Chelsea.

Chelsea are also taking care of the sale of Kurt Zouma to West Ham and the money will be used to bring in Kounde. Unfortunately, when Zouma was successfully sold, Chelsea had difficulty completing the Kunde transfer.

Until the last day of the August 31 transfer window, Sevilla did not accept and even withdrew from negotiations. It is reported that Sevilla are not satisfied with Chelsea’s offer because they want Kunde’s contract clause worth 68 million pounds to be redeemed.

Chelsea was also reluctant to comply with Sevilla’s request so Kunde failed to wear the blue-blue uniform.

“The only official offer was last Wednesday, around five o’clock in the afternoon, but the numbers don’t satisfy us and the conditions are Chelsea are selling players,” said Sevilla sporting director Monchi.

“The offer is quite large if you look at the club’s current financial condition, but it has not fulfilled our wishes,” he continued.

Sevilla’s refusal turned out to make Jules Kounde annoyed. Even though Kunde had already missed the match in the third week of LaLiga last week to arrange a move, but it didn’t happen.

Until now, the feeling of irritation is still carried over and is said to be a factor in why Kounde got a red card, while defending France against Bosnia Herzegovina.

Kounde started the match but played at left-back, which is not his natural position. It’s like being annoyed because you failed to Chelsea, uh even played out of place.
