“I’m not one of those who spit on history. It is part of our culture, it is part of our common history. The statue doesn’t bother me. If we have to remove it for cultural reasons specific to the Saint-Louisians and want to build another statue there that would embody the history of Saint-Louis a little more, why not? ”He argued.
