NasDem DPP chairman Willy Aditya previously said that the formation of the “Coalition for Change” with potential coalition partners, Democrats and PKS, was canceled on November 10. Willy said the statement would likely be made by the end of the year.
“It is certain that November 10 will not be a joint declaration,” Willy told reporters at the parliament complex, Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (September 11).
Willy said the planned declaration was canceled because PKS was yet to hold a shuro assembly meeting in December. Furthermore, the Democratic Director-General, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), has just returned to his country since 10 November.
