JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Foreign crime ( WNA) origin France, FAC alias Frans (65) who is a predator pedophile cannot be tolerated.
As is known, Frans was recently arrested for economic and sexual exploitation of minors in several hotels in Jakarta.
At least 305 children have been victimized. A total of 17 children have been identified, including 10 years old, 13 years old, up to 17 years old.
In doing the action, Frans often claimed to be a photographer who promised victims to be models for sexual acts.

He also often gives money to his victims ranging from Rp. 250,000 to Rp. 1 million.
Afterwards, Frans asked the victim to invite his friends. Frans was also said to often hurt the victims if he refused to have sex.
But how does Frans communicate with his victims?
It was later discovered that the perpetrators could speak Indonesian so that they could easily communicate to persuade the victims.
“Can (Indonesian). During communication use Indonesian, although stuttering but he can,” said Head of Public Relations Metro Jaya Police, Senior Commissioner Yusri Yunus told reporters on Friday (07/10/2020).

Yusri explained, the perpetrators chose victims randomly while they were traveling on the streets of Jakarta.
The perpetrators began to seduce victims who were street children by first giving money of Rp 100,000.
“While recording the camera, then the victim was given Rp 100,000. The next day he (the perpetrator) returned again, to the location. Then he was persuaded to not be a model. Just invited to the hotel,” said Yusri.
Give rewards with pension money
Police are still investigating what the work of these sexual predators is. Frans who did not have a job, in fact used the pension money from his home country in return for 305 victims.
“He (the perpetrator) is retired. There (France) if he retires he can get old age benefits. That money is what he uses to pay,” Yusri said.
However, Yusri did not mention how many old age benefits the perpetrators received to provide compensation to the victims. He only mentioned that the nominal obtained was quite large.
“Yes, it’s great. Right now we are still working on it. He admitted he is just an entrepreneur,” he said.

In addition, the police are still digging up the information of the perpetrators to find out how many children were taken after being enticed into persuasion.
Finally, the perpetrators were arrested while with two children who were victims in the PP Hotel room, Taman Sari, West Jakarta.
“So far (it is known) there has only been one victim. But it is not certain either. Since when did we do it is still being explored. Because it was identified that there were 17 children. Of these 305 children (from video) were on laptops,” Yusri said.
Social Minister is ready for victim rehabilitation
The action of pedophilia predators received the attention of the Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs (Menos) Juliari P Batubara
In this regard, Juliari said that the victims could undergo recovery at the Ministry of Social Affairs’ hall in East Jakarta.
“We are ready to accommodate the victims if necessary for rehabilitation in some of the centers around us in East Jakarta,” Juliari said.
Juliari hopes that the human resources and facilities at the center can help restore the psychic victims of sexual acts.
“Certainly if given a mandate for rehabilitation (victims), we are ready with the resources we have for psychological recovery of victims,” he said.
KPAI Chair Susanto appealed to netizens not to share photos or videos of victims of river fairs in Sleman, Yogyakarta through social media.-Tighten hotel supervision
Because of this case, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) asked the regional government (Pemda) to tighten supervision of a number of hotels and lodging.
“Because this case allegedly occurred at the hotel, this is a warning to ensure that the Regional Government supervises and controls hotels and entertainment venues in our area,” said KPAI Chair Susanto.
Susanto said, the case could also be a trigger for parents to always pay attention to the association of children with strangers.
If suspicious movements occur from strangers to children, immediately report to the police so that they do not go further.
“If there are movements suspected of carrying out wrong actions let alone lead to sexual exploitation we must aware as well as carrying out efforts including prevention and report to the police if there is a serious allegation that the person concerned is the perpetrator, “he said.
