2. Strong Wind Factor
   Strong winds in an area cause an increase in air temperature. This makes the weather cooler and the air temperature is below normal limits.
3. Sunny Weather in Evening and Early Morning
   Sunny weather at night and early morning causes the earth’s surface to release heat more quickly into the atmosphere, so that the earth’s surface cools faster.
4. Being in the Rainy Season
   The rainy season in an area can increase the air temperature. As a result, continuous rain can make the weather colder.
