Curious self-driving three-wheelers deliver orders to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area

Faction Technology, a tech startup focused on self-driving vehicle logistics, just announced a new self-driving vehicle delivery service in the San Francisco Bay Area in California.

The company has partnered with Cocola Bakery, a well-known network of bakeries and pastry shops in the area, to deliver its products. using electric and autonomous three-wheelers developed by Arcimoto and ElectraMeccanica.

To make this possible, vehicles from the Faction Technology fleet they combine their self-driving capabilities with remote human support. In this way the company is able to deliver products to its customers with driverless vehicles in a safe and cost-effective way.
