Her new fight is to get people to take care of their skin. “The skin is attacked all day. It is important to protect it from pollution, cigarette smoke, heat, sun or cold in winter. For this, you have to use a battery of creams. “Don’t panic, there are lotions that are only useful once a week, like clay masks. And a day cream, it applies in two seconds every day. The important thing is to give yourself a moment of relaxation in your day to take care of yourself, ”says the founder of the Cozy club, in Thionville, which accompanies people in losing or gaining weight.
Free workshops
Three times a week, since June, it has been offering a free facial care activity in the town centre. In groups of eight, people test the different lotions and ask questions that bother them about maintaining their complexion. “Dry skin like oily skin needs maintenance. Nor is there an age to take care of your skin. Last week, I had a 75 year old lady at the workshop. And contrary to some popular belief, even an 18-year-old has to worry about the condition of their skin. Obviously, we are not going to tell him to put on anti-wrinkles, but daily hydration and cleansing of the face is essential whether you are young or old, ”explains the Hayangeoise. It is necessary to reserve on average one week in advance its place at the workshop.
“We have a majority of women who come, but a few men are also tempted,” notes the well-being coach. The trigger for registering for a workshop? “A desire to take a moment for yourself or a vacation photo that triggers. »
