This is because Apple made major changes to the privacy practices of its users by introducing the App Privacy Report feature.
Information, Application Tracking Transparency policy (App Tracking Transparency, ATT) this requires app makers to ask permission of any information that is accessed and shared with third party apps/services.
The policy went into effect in April, banning apps from tracking users if they choose not to allow.
