But note the text:
The Quest 2 headset can only be associated with one account and would need to be constantly factory reset to have it active on a second account. This is something which we would not recommend.
They want to rectify that themselves that this is not the case:
Using the same Facebook account on two or more Oculus headsets simultaneously will NOT get your account “banned.” Having the same account registered to two or more headsets is not against the Facebook Terms of Service.
However, there is absolutely no answer how you can let a second person play on your second VR, just some commercial bleating how multiuser can be done on 1 device. The hint is of course clear with the following;
The idea is for people to easily share their headset and eligible apps with friends or family while keeping their information separate. We will have more to share on this soon.
They can do politics as the best there, but they do not absolutely indicate that you are allowed to have 2 VRs on 1 facebook account.
So if you’re with someone who offers to play some VR games on his 2 VR’s, you need to link YOUR facebook to that thing, that’s what they want, of course, more data … even from people who don’t have such a thing , but want to play as a guest.
Somewhere you expect a matter of time until Instagram and Whatsapp will simply require a facebook account ..
Interesting detail by the way:

No public answer to the question of how a minor can use such an Oculus ..
