Supporters of QAnon believe in a plot in which President Trump fights against the deep state, in which an elite wants to form a world government. That elite would be guilty of child abuse and participate in satanic rituals. QAnon grew out of pizzagate, a false story where senior Democratic Party politicians, including Hillary Clinton, would run a pedophile network from a pizza restaurant in Washington. The anonymous Q (hence QAnon) is said to be a high-ranking figure who is aware and leaks information out to the outside world.
