Meta is reportedly in the process of shutting down its Facebook Creator Studio to streamline its offering.
Social media consultant and industry analyst Matt Navarra has on Twitter (Opens in a new tab) posted a screenshot that read: “Creator Studio will be going away soon and will be replaced by Meta Business Suite.
While the Meta Business Suite has long been the top choice for Page admins, Creator Studio promised a dedicated space for content creators to streamline publishing, track performance, and manage monetization.

“We’re actively working to bring Meta’s creator tools together in one place,” the company said in its response, and has since had one help page (Opens in a new tab) about the creator tools that will be found in the Meta Business Suite.
Like the Creator Studio, the Business Suite allows you to manage all eligible Facebook and Instagram pages, and provides tools to create and schedule posts, stories, and ads, as well as engage with clients and audiences via private messages. Insights and analytics are also available, according to the company: “You can access all your content and data when you switch.”
The Meta Business Suite can be accessed online or with special apps for smartphones (Opens in a new tab) and tablets (Opens in a new tab) accessed so that you can use them on the go.
It remains to be seen whether the switch will impact the way creators use Meta’s proprietary platforms for their posts, while TikTok continues to be a successful content-first tool for many startups and influencers working in their industry looking to gain a foothold, and Twitter continues to be embroiled in controversy surrounding its new ownership and paid verification brands.
