MENLO PARK – CEO Facebook Mark Zuckerberg has announced the integration of shopping features in the WhatsApp messaging service.
In a recent social media post, Zuckerberg said that users will soon be able to view the Shop on WhatsApp.

The presence of Shop on WhatsApp allows shoppers to chat with business accounts before buying something, as quoted by Reuters, Thursday (24/6/2021)
He adds that businesses only need to set up their store once to make it accessible on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Moreover, in a post published on the WhatsApp blog in early June, the instant messaging service stated that it would also introduce a number of updates.
This update is intended to make it easier for business owners to get started and to make it easier for people to chat with business owners.
The announcement is part of an ongoing push by the company owned by Facebook with Instagram which introduced the Shop first. This feature allows users to purchase products by searching for images first.
