At least that’s what Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg, whose social network is also Instagram’s parent company, announced on February 19, 2022. If the rumor had already circulated many times, this time it seems to be the right one. Subscription to the platforms should amount to €11.99 per month for the web version and €14.99 for the iPhone version.
It is more expensive than Twitter, whose subscription costs €8, as well as Snapchat, which only asks €4 from Internet users. Access will nevertheless remain free for users who do not wish to pay. In addition, payments will have to be made separately on each of the social networks, even if the platforms are linked to each other by certain functionalities such as the sharing of publications on one as on the other.
