I was a victim of a hacking my facebook account but usually very cautious.
I don’t know how they got into my account.
Initially, a number of “Daesh”-type publications were published.
Facebook was relatively responsive by blocking my account within hours of these posts.
So I reset my password.
FaceBook took care of deleting all these posts and asking me to confirm my identity.
My account is now limited for 30 days by Facebook.
I don’t have all the features yet.
The problem comes now.
Something I didn’t know and didn’t notice, but the authors scheduled advertisements with my account on the “business manager” page. From Facebook initially paid with a credit card not mine (probably a flurry).
Obviously, after a few payments, the credit card no longer worked (the owner had to object).
Only the advertising counter is still active and facebook is asking me to pay what is due.
The problem is that I can’t stop advertising until I pay and I can’t pay because my account is restricted by Facebook.
I’m at an impasse where I see the note gradually going up!
Impossible to find a simple and effective way to notify Facebook.
I am shocked and very worried.
Do you have any advice for me please?
