According to the transfer expert, the rental deal does not include an option to buy, so the 21-year-old striker will return to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer. Silva is still under contract there until 2026.
At Rangers, Silva, who also played for PSV on loan for a while, will meet a number of other former strikers from the Eredivisie. Cyriel Dessers (Heracles Almelo, FC Utrecht, Feyenoord), Danilo (Ajax, FC Twente, Feyenoord) and Sam Lammers (PSV, Heerenveen) also play for the club from Glasgow.
