Florian Sénéchal went to visit Fabio Jakobsen on Thursday, his Dutch teammate at Deceuninck – Quick-Step who crashed heavily in the Tour of Poland. The Frenchman received a gift from the sprinter.

On August 5, Jakobsen crashed heavily in the first stage in Poland due to Dylan Groenewegen. He ended up in a coma, from which he only awoke two days later. And apparently Sénéchal played an important role right after the horror crash. “Thank you for saving my life”, Jakobsen wrote to his teammate.
“Thank you Fabio for this gift after my visit today,” said the French on Twitter. “I was first with you after the incident. I just lifted your head so you could breathe. You will come back stronger than ever friend. ”
