Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The official Saudi Al-Ekhbariya channel said that Fabinho has become a player in the ranks of the Saudi club Al-Ittihad Jeddah, coming from the English club Liverpool, after completing all the procedures for the deal.
While journalist Fabrizio Romano, an expert in the transfer market, stated that the Brazilian midfielder completed his medical examinations in preparation for joining the “Tigers” team, provided that the deal is for 3 years.
Fabinho will leave the ranks of the “Reds” team after spending nearly 5 years with him, during which he played 219 matches, scoring 11 goals and providing 10 assists.
The 29-year-old won a number of titles with Liverpool FC, most notably: the English Premier League, the European Champions League and the Club World Cup.
The Brazilian midfielder participated in 29 international matches with his country, during which he scored one goal.
