Fabian Breckheimer
Breckheimer began his career as a lawyer in 2008 at the East Westphalian law firm Brandi, where he gained his first experience in sales law. Two years later he moved to Peters Rechtsanwälte in Düsseldorf. There he worked in the team of Dr. Michael Schmidt and also advised primarily on sales law issues. In 2013 he was part of the founding team of Tradeo led by Schmidt. In 2021, he became a partner in the boutique that specializes in sales and commercial law.
Breckheimer covers a wide range of sales law, with a focus on supporting medium-sized German clients in setting up global sales systems. His clients include the Pedelec manufacturer Mubea, as well as global companies such as the jeweler Christ. He also represents clients in disputes, such as suppliers facing the federal government in a dispute over mask deliveries.
Next Düsseldorf boutique
At Carlswerk Zeidler Gan he will develop sales and commercial law advice. The law firm was founded at the beginning of 2019 by a team from the Düsseldorf office of SGT Gameiro Tilse and Partner. Named after the office address on Carlsplatz and the partners Dr. Simon-Alexander Zeidler and Michael Gan, the team is primarily dedicated to medium-sized businesses and compliance advice as well as wealthy private customers. With Breckheimer, the team has a total of four partners.
Tradeo, which focuses on distribution law, also advises on corporate and labor law. After Breckheimer’s departure, the team still has four professionals, including two equity partners and one salary partner. In autumn 2023, corporate lawyer Andreas Remuta moved to the larger regional law firm PPR & Partner.
