Cologne (dpa) – Since May 10, the police have identified around 50 suspects by name after anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli crimes in North Rhine-Westphalia. That said NRW Interior Minister Herbert Reul (CDU) in an interview with Cologne Cathedral Radio. A ministry spokesman added on Thursday at the request of the dpa that it was mainly young men of Arab origin. Because of the escalation of violence between Israel and Palestinians, there was a wave of such crimes in North Rhine-Westphalia.
