Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said on May 10 that discussing the health of Alexander Lukashenko is unacceptable. So he answered the question of one of the journalists why he was not present at the breakfast in the Kremlin on May 9th.
“It would be extremely incorrect for me to say anything about the health of Alexander Grigoryevich,” said Vladimir Putin’s press secretary. According to Dmitry Peskov, on May 9, Alexander Lukashenko “had events related to Victory Day in Minsk, so he had to leave as soon as possible.”
At the same time, the Kremlin praised Alexander Lukashenko for taking the time to arrive in Moscow on May 8-9.
“He was with us, he shared with us the joy of Victory Day, and we are extremely grateful to the Belarusian leadership and personally to Alexander Grigorievich for finding such an opportunity,” declared Dmitry Peskov, reports TASS.
Earlier, Telegraf reported that Alexander Lukashenko returned on May 9 from Moscow, where he participated in the parade there as a guest. After that, he visited Victory Square in Minsk at 19:00, where the military laid a wreath at the monument on his behalf.
