Complete access requirements to the extraordinary role competition
The candidate must jointly possess the following requirements
Applicants who meet the following requirements (joint possession) can access the extraordinary competition for the role of first and second grade secondary school:
– three years of service in state secondary schools even non-consecutive carried out between the school year 2008/09 and the 2019/20 school year on common or support places How to calculate a service annuity
– one year must have been carried out for the competition class or in the type of place for which you are competing What does specific service annuity mean
– possession of the qualification valid for access to the required class of competition (degree with possible credits for the class of competition or qualification or qualification for the specific competition class)
Excluding teachers with three years of service carried out only on support

Until 2024/25, the required requirement is the diploma of access to the upper secondary school competition class (table B of Presidential Decree 19/2016 modified by Decree no. 259/2017).

School year 2019/20: reserve is fictitious
The teachers who have started to fill in the application in these days have noticed that if the 2019/20 school year is entered, the system still proposes the wording according to which the candidate participates in the competition with reservations.
Actually, this is only a fictitious datum, determined by the fact that the law thus states and that the competition registration platform was implemented which – remember – was already ready for opening on May 28th, then postponed for changes to the announcement.
Therefore, the platform has not been changed compared to the structure designed for opening on May 28.
The fact that the reserve has no negative consequences is already inherent in law 159/2019, as the deadline for owning the 2019/20 annuality was at 30 June 2020, already past.
“The reserve is dissolved negatively if the service relating to the 2019/2020 school year does not meet the conditions set out in the aforementioned
article 11, paragraph 14, by 30 June 2020”
So the teacher who enters 2019/20 because in this school year he has carried out at least 180 days of service or a continuous service at least from February 1st until the end of the ballots, can consider this year valid.
Should I enter 2019/20?
Sure!
Especially for the evaluation of the service, given that one more year of service is one more point (max 20 points for qualifications).
