The American company EarthCruiser, specialists in off-road adventures and residential conversions, has prepared an extraordinarily sophisticated residential superstructure for the latest Hummer. Just the fact that it is made of carbon arouses extraordinary interest, and its clean integration on the Hummer’s body and body deserves an admiring nod of the head.
Thanks to three layers of insulation, the pop-up tent provides unprecedented comfort even at low outside temperatures and plenty of space for relaxation, in the cleanly processed interior on the body there is space for a kitchen with a stove and a sink with running water, comfortable seating, storage spaces, and you can even find here and shower and toilet.

The electric Hummer has the advantage of swivel wheels on the rear axle as well as independently driven wheels, so there is no doubt about its off-road capability. It can even drive “sideways” like a crab thanks to all four wheels facing the same direction.
A 50-liter tank for fresh water and a 25-liter tank for gray water must not be missing, the interior with a height of up to two meters is bathed in moody LED lighting in the dark. You then control all living functions via the 7-inch touch screen. Electricity is supplied by a large rooftop solar panel with an output of 605 W recharging a 6kWh battery that allows you to stay away from civilization and the power grid for up to seven days.

But the question is how long the car’s traction battery will last you. The new Hummer is a pure electric car, and thanks to the enormous power of a thousand horses and the mammoth weight of 4.5 tons, it is known for draining its battery with an otherwise absurd capacity of 212 kWh uncomfortably quickly (the paper range of around 600 kilometers does not fully count with the pedal on the floor or rough terrain ), so maybe you shouldn’t venture so far from the nearest electrical connection…
