Beginning June 26, those receiving unemployment benefits will no longer be awarded the additional $ 300 in federal aid. This means that those who qualify will receive only their fair share from the state. This change is due to the fact that the Texas Workforce Commission will stop participating in three programs of the American rescue plan that was created to help those affected by the pandemic.
