During a telephone interview on the “Extra Today” program with Nancy Nour, which aired on the “Extra News” channel this evening, she said that the Sohag Governorate’s Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Hospital is one of the most important and largest new medical buildings. established by the Egyptian state in southern Upper Egypt.

He added that this hospital obviously serves all the governorates of southern Upper Egypt, with a capacity of 90 beds and a total cost of £ 70 million, and is built on an area of ​​6,000 square meters.

For his part, Dr. Akram Ashour, Director of the Sohag Mental Health Hospital, indicated that the hospital is affiliated with the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, explaining that this vast sector of the Ministry of Health includes 20 hospitals nationwide.
