The director of the hockey extra league, Josef Řezníček, does not hide that he was pleased with this newspaper. “This is a positive news, which we have been waiting for de facto since last Friday,” he said in an interview with Sport.cz, adding that in theory the matches could start playing over the weekend.

It is a completely new situation for us, we have to study everything and connect with all the clubs when they would be able to play. We have a survey among clubs, from which we know some numbers, but now the situation also requires an individual approach.
