While the concern is crying out for extra hands, potential new employees are being rejected en masse. They often turn out not to have the correct diplomas or background. This is the conclusion of the independent Working in Care Committee. Many applicants are surprised about the state of affairs: “Every day I see the images of the problems in healthcare on the News, but I don’t hear anything about my application.”
