TRIBUN-BALI.COM, TABANAN – The Tabanan Police Traffic Unit (Satlantas) has provided information to the entire community of Tabanan and its surroundings regarding the policy of SIM renewal during the period Emergency PPKM 3-25 July 20212.
For people who hold a SIM that has expired during that date, they are given time to extend their SIM starting today, July 26, 2021, until August 2, 2021.
This means that there are 7 days for the extension.
Kasatlantas Tabanan Police, AKP Ni Putu Wila Indrayani explained, the policy refers to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs regarding the implementation of Emergency PPKM which will take place from 3-25 July 2021.

For those SIM owners whose validity period expires at that time is given an extension dispensation.
“Yes, it refers to the instructions of the Minister of Home Affairs regarding implementation Emergency PPKM. So the Sim Extension Dispensation is given during the PPKM Period,” said AKP Wila when confirmed Monday, July 26, 2021.
He continued, the mechanism for the extension is for people who have a SIM but the validity period expires Emergency PPKM dispensation will be given from today 26 July to 2 August 2021.
However, SIM holders who do not renew within the time limit will continue to implement the mechanism for issuing a new SIM.
“So when the dispensation period ends, the SIM holders will follow the mechanism for issuing a new SIM,” he said.
Mentioned about the extension of PPKM Level 4 until August 2, 2021?
AKP Wila stated that until now his party is still applying this dispensation rule considering that there has been no guidance and direction from the leadership.

“Until now, we are still applying for the extension from July 26 to August 2 because we have not received further instructions regarding the extension of this PPKM.”
