In addition, until the 14th, the last day of the Lunar New Year holiday, seats are prohibited in all highway rest area indoor stores managed by the Korea Expressway Corporation, and only food is allowed in packaging. Outdoor stores and convenience stores that sell snacks, etc. are in normal operation. The road construction also dispatches and inspects additional guide personnel to ensure that the site’s quarantine management measures are well implemented, and the rest area congestion information system and congestion information road sign (VMS) On the other hand, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport predicted that the number of visitors to their hometown for the Lunar New Year holidays will decrease by about 33% from last year to 29.2 million due to the aftermath of Corona 19. It is expected that the return road will be crowded on the morning of the day before Lunar New Year and the afternoon of the 13th, the day after Lunar New Year.
