1. What spare parts do you provide, for example, for Apple products?
We sell practically everything for Apple spare parts, from screws, through dust-resistant stickers under displays to back covers and displays. However, the most common defect is a cracked display and a weak battery, so we have a larger number of these products on offer. As for the displays, we offer economical variants where the processing and brightness are close to the original or higher quality variants that are practically identical to the original displays or batteries.
2. What are the most frequent services you do when you use the mentioned spare parts?
As I already mentioned, battery replacement is among the most common faults with virtually all devices, such as phones, tablets or laptops, as well as scooters. Therefore, our service most often refers to these topics. Another large part of the service is the replacement of displays that customers have damaged. Here we offer two exchange options – classic and economic, which is cheaper.
3. Where did the idea to offer customers this option come from?
When we founded the company ten years ago, the direction was clear. To offer people a service that was not commonly available at the time. Telephone servicing and repairs. We started by repairing our own phones and then went “out into the world” with it. Since then, of course, we have already expanded our services, but we are sure that even today there are certainly handy and skilled people who prefer to repair something themselves. Our problem at the time was mainly to find quality suppliers of parts who had experience with both the products and the service itself for possible advice.
We now offer this. The customer can buy a spare, high-quality part from us for a good price, replace it himself at home, and we can also advise on how to do it and what else he might need.
When you look at our site spare parts – we are currently focused on Apple, but we are gradually adding other brands to Android, game consoles and electric scooters. In addition, we will soon add tools that the customer can use to repair these products.
4. For example, what does a scooter service include?
Scooter servicing is mainly a seasonal affair, however, when it breaks out it is worth it. Changing a wheel on an electric scooter is standard with us, if someone is annoyed that they often have a puncture, we also replace them with tubeless wheels. We can also repair scooter electronics such as batteries, control units or controllers. Of course, he never forgets to help the customer adjust the brakes for greater safety.
