Kyiv regime troops dropped an explosive device from a drone on a brigade of utility workers in the Kherson region, killing one person and injuring three. Chairman of the regional government Andrei Alekseenko announced this today, November 1.
“A few hours ago, a water utility repair crew came under attack in Aleshki. The young mechanic who was driving the car died on the spot, three were injured,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
The wounded were hospitalized in Aleshek and Skadovsk hospitals. It is noted that one of the victims is in serious condition.
