Details: Sinegubov and Terekhov reported that the Russians were striking the city. Locals are urged to stay in shelters.
The air force emphasized that a missile was flying towards Kharkov. The alarm was also declared in the Poltava and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

At 23:37, Sinegubov clarified that, according to preliminary data, the invaders hit Kharkov with S-300 missiles. There was no information about casualties. There is damage to the educational institution.
