After checking the house, the police Explosive Reconnaissance Team found explosive material. Due to a possible risk of explosion, several homes have been evacuated and an area around the housing block has been cordoned off, a police spokesperson said. Shelter has been arranged for residents.
Early this morning, the Defense Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service (EOD) will arrive on site to clear the explosive material. The police could not say what kind of explosive it was.
