Explosion in illegal fireworks factory leaves 3 young people dead: the owner of the building arrested. The Prosecutor’s Office Napoli issued a warrant arresting a crime suspect against the 38-year-old Pasquale Punzo as part of the investigations into the explosion that occurred in the house in via Patacca, a Herculaneum last week.
The deputy prosecutors Stella Castaldo e Vincenzo Toscano they challenge the suspect multiple voluntary homicide with possible malicepossession and manufacture of unconventional explosive material. In Punzo it is contested also the crime of gangmastering. The measure was notified tonight to Punzo (defended by the lawyer Domenico Scarpone) by the Carabinieri of the Ercolano department who accompanied the suspect to the Poggioreale prison.
With Punzo, for the tragedy that caused the twins Sara and Aurora Esposito, 26 years old, and the 18 year old Samuel Tafciu, the ex Giulia Eboli, mother of the 13-year-old formally owner of the house transformed into an illegal factory where the tragedy occurred.
