Police are also working on a version of possible drug production
An explosion erupted in an apartment in a block of flats in Varna. The district prosecutor of the seaside town Krassimir Kostov announced that no one was injured in the incident, an inspection of the scene is currently underway.
No one is to blame for the 2008 Chelopechene bombing.
“There is no way to state the reasons for the explosion from now on,” Konov said. According to him, different versions of what happened are being worked on, including possible drug production. “There is no pronounced epicenter of the explosion,” Konov added. According to him, it is a chemical reaction or a highly flammable substance, but the experts will find out exactly what happened.
However, it cannot be assumed that the explosion was caused by a gas cylinder. Konov also said that he could not commit that it was about drug production. The lease agreement for the apartment is concluded with one person. The blast did not affect neighboring homes.
