The urban legend of “Sai Kung Barrier” has become a hot topic again due to the recent disappearance of male college student Zeng Xianzhe. Known as the “King of Ghosts”, Poon Shao-chong, who has hosted “Horror Hotline” for many years, has not only explored the “Sai Kung Barrier” in Hong Kong, he has also visited Taiwan to search for “The Devil Boy”.

According to online information, the devil is a widely circulated folklore in Taiwan. It is a kind of ghost or spirit that induces humans to get lost in the mountains and wilderness. In terms of form, it is similar to the legend of “Sai Kung Barrier” in Hong Kong.

Poon Shao-chong attended the worship ceremony of “Dead Man’s Wife” a few days ago (20/10). When interviewed by “Hong Kong 01”, he frankly said that he had a terrifying experience when he went to Taichung to search for the “Devil Boy” in his early years. He said: “When I was filming, I So I went to Taiwan to find the Demon God. A few years ago, I went to Taichung with a friend. At that time, it was rumored that he (the Demon God) appeared in Taichung Dakeng. There was a cave there called the Demon God Cave. Our two friends followed Go up with some instructions.”

He continued: “It started to rain as we walked up, and we couldn’t get any signal. Pan Shaocong said that he later mentioned his experience to the locals, and the locals said that he had made a mistake.
