I also see few real private applications. Rather pro applications like Adobe tools like video editing, Figma design tools, music software, Autodesk 3D design meeting/workshop software for education and business.
In itself, we know the applications of AR from the hololens. (Although that was more industry instead of offices)
The key question is whether Apple can provide effective added value with its sensors so that you can interact efficiently with the interface or the environment.
The fact that they guide developers so hard means that the really meaningful use cases are few and far between. They may be there but limited and the question is whether they can open up a broad AR market to the point that companies actually buy those glasses as if they were headsets.

For myself, I mainly see applications in online workshops. Now I do that with Figma/Miro but that is not enough to get good interactions.
After all, in an international company it is very expensive to get everyone who matters on location. If there were a decent middle ground, it could change a team dynamic. Again, see if such applications work.
It is and remains €3500 without VAT, so there will not be much private use with this edition, although that may of course be different in 10 years, but for now it contains top-notch hardware. It will be expensive for a long time.
