How did the “Iron Curtain” – the border between the Upper Palatinate and the Czech Republic – influence people’s lives in the past? Students from both countries have now investigated this. What came out of it will be presented this afternoon at the Centrum Bavaria Bohemia in Schönsee in the Schwandorf district. The core of this is interviews with contemporary witnesses from both sides of the border. Two of them are on site today.
