We spoke with UCAM Fiction professor Sergio Albaladejo about the topics that feed fashion series now and in the near future.
Professor Albaladejo speaks of “transmediation” to refer to the arrival in television series of adaptations from other media such as videogames, and gives an example of success such as that of the series “The last of us”, built on the from a Playstation video game. He has also referred to successful adaptations of literary works such as “The Bridgertons.” We have also asked him about the reason for the success of Korean series and we have asked him to tell us what his choice would be if he had to stay with one —only one— entertainment platform.
