This is the “Dispersed Star Group “NGC 330”“is.

NGC 330 is studded with stars of various colors such as blue, yellow, and orange, giving it a different kind of beauty than that of a galaxy. The color of such a bright star is related to its surface temperature.

Hot stars shine blue, and cold stars shine red. The surface temperature and lifetime of adolescent to prime-age stars (main-sequence stars) like the Sun vary depending on their mass; heavier stars have shorter lifetimes, higher temperatures, and brightness, while lighter stars have longer lifetimes, lower temperatures, and become darker.

The cluster of stars with different lifespans is one of the reasons for the colorful hues of the cluster.
