“When I went to Turkey recently, I had an unforgettable experience. We were traveling on a ship. Two women were sitting opposite me. I used to travel all over the place to get the reels. No matter how much I put it, the thatta was not right. I then looked at the mobile and was busy fixing it. They are laughing at me. I smiled back at them. Two or three times we laughed at each other like this.
After a while it was time to get off. These mothers had already come down and I was just following behind. But when I looked, they were coming back and as soon as they came to me, both of them grabbed my hand. I felt they wanted to tell me something. But neither of us knows the other’s language very well. English is not used like that there. Most people speak Turkish. Those mothers who hesitated to leave hugged me and kissed me. I still don’t understand why they did that. Then there were two men. I must have felt like one of them. No matter what happens, I will never forget those mothers and the love they gave me.”
This is how Anu Sithara started telling her travel experiences. A journey is a memory. A beautiful memory box that gives us a lot of goodness, joys and moments to remember for the rest of our lives. For Anu, nothing much has happened on trips but everything that has gone is always remembered. I recently traveled to Turkey. This trip is also close to my mind because I haven’t done many trips. Anu speaks.
Experience Europe and Asia together
Turkey is a very beautiful place. Loved its people, customs and food. Those natives show a very friendly attitude towards us outsiders. After I left, I told many people that I want to go to Turkey at least once. Turkey has the opportunity to experience two cultures at once. One side of Turkey is Europe and the other side is Asia. If we want to go from Europe to Asia, we only need to cross a bridge. That means Europe on the other side of a bridge and Asia on this side. So we can see, feel and know the characteristics of two continents.
There are many places to see in Turkey. You don’t even have to go to a particular place. There are so many beautiful, interesting sights and things to do all over Turkey. Just walk through the streets of the city. That country, its people and good food are so interesting. We can try different types of food. So now Turkey has become one of my favorite places.
All food does not associate with me like that, I do not try to eat many foods. Unfortunately the food at some places has worked for me. But after going to Turkey, I ate many foods that I had never eaten before. Their steaks and everything else is awesomely tasty. I even ate their traditional foods. In fact, it can be said that the country of Turkey really conquered me.
Steaming Turkish tea and mind-blowing snow – many must have seen Anu Sithara’s Insta reel playing in the snow like a child. The story behind the video
“Before leaving for Turkey, many people said that it’s very cold there, it’s nothing like what it looks like, and when we get there, we won’t be able to. Maybe because I am from Wayanad, I can tolerate the cold to some extent. This is the first time I am enjoying snow so beautifully. Don’t you say see with full eyes? I really enjoyed it to my heart’s content. Honestly, I cried. Because it was such a wonderful experience. A great pleasure for the eyes, those bright views. Despite the cold weather, we returned after spending some time there. And there is tea available in Turkey, that tea and ice is a clever combination. You must visit Turkey at least once and enjoy its snow.”
A lover of seagulls
Anu Sithara says that she enjoys traveling through the forest the most. Forests, mountains, wild animals and nature are all things that attract him the most. “Our trips are not planned. Go Fast and Find Out We travel mostly in this style. And there are places where you listen to friends and so on. I am a person who wants to go there once. Apart from that, there is no specific dream destination in mind. The preference is more for the forest. I enjoy all forest related travel. Maybe because she is from Wayanad, she likes the forest more. He also likes to live in the forest.
Pumpkin forests are my favorite. Whenever we have time, we travel through pumpkins. You will travel through the Muthanga forest and reach Gundalpeta. There are small alleys. Go through it. If you really want to know the local life, you have to go there. There are houses where farmers live. Green, yellow and red houses, small temples, ponds and farms. Those country roads are awesome fun. That’s where I like and want to go the most.
Don’t like busy trips. When we go to a place, we visit it only by looking at the best time to see that place. If you are traveling for a week, the goal is not to see as many places as possible, but to take your time and enjoy the most beautiful things to the fullest.”
