CDD “Springboard”

The so-called “springboard” CDD concluded between a voluntary adapted company and a person with a disability must make it possible to build an individualized course during which the employee will be able to acquire professional experience, benefit from training and support for two years in order to facilitate their professional transition to other private or public employers.

Adapted temporary work companies (EATT)

The adapted temporary work company’s exclusive activity is provision for payment of disabled workers under temporary employment contracts (assignment contract or temporary CDI).

These contracts must allow the acquisition of professional experience, individual support and access to training, in particular pre-qualifying and qualifying, promoting the realization of professional projects and promoting them in a work situation.

  • promoting the realization of their professional transition project and preparing them for employment in connection with public and private employers.

Who can apply?

These experiments are open to voluntary adapted companies, existing or newly created, regardless of their legal status. The experiment is open to the entire national territory.
