Here is an overview of the types of responsibilities you will have to assume within from the P&G Quality Assurance department:
- Implement and ensure continuous improvement of systems, procedures and standards through corrective and preventive actions
- Establish and maintain the necessary capabilities for site quality assurance personnel, procedures, systems and standards
- Serve as a single point of contact for external and internal audits
- Lead the work of innovating and implementing digital technology solutions to support the Quality Assurance department
The P&G Manufacturing Department is fully dedicated to safety, quality and productivity. This is where our products are packaged and palletized, then prepared for shipment. However, it goes far beyond traditional warehousing. Typical production lines are a crucial part of our work. However, our world also involves advanced robotics, automation, contactless systems and even zero waste to landfill principles.
Responsibilities within the manufacturing department include:
- operate production lines
- manufacture innovative products and product parts, such as our world renowned razor blades
- use tools such as robots and sensors
- work cross-functionally to meet supply and demand
- work within highly technical and innovative manufacturing processes
P&G seeks the best academic candidates in fields such as electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical and process engineering, life sciences such as microbiology and quality management. In addition to technical excellence, you will also need strong communication and leadership skills.
