Ubisoft hadn’t even officially announced Assassin’s Creed Mirage yet, when we learned that the game would somehow bring the franchise back to its roots with smaller maps, a greater focus on stealth, and more. Not only is this great news for fans of the first game in the franchise, but new players as well.
In today’s video, the developers dig deeper into Basim, Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s playable character, and explain why and how Baghdad can be explored as him. This includes claiming that Mirage is a good entry point for those without any experience or experience with Assassin’s Creed, as the story explores the early beginnings of The Hidden Ones and the gameplay isn’t as many believe it was in the last few entries So overwhelming. That doesn’t mean us veterans are going to be bored, as the game is obviously full of references to the original Assassin’s Creed and the rest of the universe.
