This institution was founded in 1971 and has more than a thousand works on display.
It is a multicultural arts institution that highlights artists of the 20th and 21st centuries who reside in the Bronx, or are of African, Asian, or Latino descent.
The BRONX MUSEUM OF ARTS also offers sporadic family programming.
It is located at 1040 Grand Concourse in the Bronx.
You can visit it from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 in the morning to six in the afternoon.
To get there you can take the B, D and 4 trains to the 161st Street station.
