Explore Hamburg’s History and City Center: Join a Guided City Tour

Hamburg: City Hall and City Hall Square (Erich Westendarp)

Would you like to track down old Hamburg with a competent city guide and some “witnesses” of earlier centuries and learn more about the history of development from the Hammaburg to the more than 500-year-old Hamburg power center at the Trostbrücke?

Then you should take part in the city tour of the adult education center Großhansdorf. Of course, you can also hear and see what the current center of power looks like here. And did you know that the washing and bathing facility at Schweinemarkt was laid out just as circularly as Saturn’s current multi-storey car park?

The city tour takes place on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 11 a.m. to around 1 p.m. and costs 18 euros. The meeting point is at the Steinstrasse underground station. The end of the tour will be at Deichstrasse.

Registrations are via the homepage (www.vhs-grosshansdorf.de), in the office by mail ([email protected]) and by telephone (04102 – 6 56 00) possible.
