Aviation and Space Research Organization (EIGHT) The National Innovation Research Agency (BRIN) has explained this phenomenon.
Quoted from the page Science Education Eight, Friday (21/1/2022), Earth rotates and evolves on its axis which has an inclination of 66.6 degrees to the plane of orbit.
Due to the tilted axis conditions, there will be a difference in the time of sunrise and sunset of the Sun, which is sometimes faster but sometimes slower during a period of one year.
When the axis of rotation in the Earth’s northern hemisphere is tilted toward the Sun, the Sun will rise faster and set later in the northern hemisphere.
At the same time, the southern hemisphere is far from the sun, so sunrise will be slower, but sunset will be faster.
Likewise, when the axis of the southern hemisphere is tilted towards the sun, the southern part of the earth will experience the sun rising faster and setting slower.
