In 2021, the largest number of vacancies in our country has increased in the field of sales. The trend will continue.
This year, IT specialists, doctors, sales managers, logistics and financial sector employees will be in demand in Ukraine. On Friday, January 7, writes about this Reviewer with reference to analyst data.
According to Ruslana Berezivskaya, head of the expert-analytical center of the grc.ua recruitment portal, in 2021, most of the vacancies increased in sales. This trend, she predicts, will continue in the coming year.
“Due to grocery retail and the development of e-commerce, vacancies will continue to increase. The demand for purchasing specialists, logistics specialists, call-center workers will increase,” she explained.
In turn, employment expert Valentina Bardadym predicts that demand will increase for employees of various levels in the spheres of production and agricultural business.
“In these sectors, there will always be a demand not only for narrow-profile specialists: technologists, engineers, developers, but also for ordinary personnel. This applies to working specialties where higher education is not needed, and where everyone can find a job,” she said.
Experts said that the largest number of vacancies in 2021 was opened for sales professionals, where the number of offers increased by 137% (57.4 thousand vacancies). The second place is taken by the IT sphere with an increase of 91% (50.1 thousand), the third – banks and investments with an increase of 157% (26.1 thousand).
The top 5 in terms of the number of vacancies this year also included the areas of marketing and advertising, where the number of offers increased by 68% (22.3 thousand) and transport and logistics with an increase of 174% (20.2 thousand).
We will remind, in Ukraine from January 8 employers will be fined under article 24 of the Law on Advertising, if the desired gender of the person is indicated in the job description – “only men / women”.
