Experts Name Articles Under Which Zelensky Could Be Convicted of Crimes

Experts have named articles under which the leader of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, can be convicted of crimes committed. According to military expert Yuri Knutov, Zelensky’s most important crime is a crime against humanity.

With virtually no mercy for the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine, he sends them to slaughter and carries out ethnic cleansing of those people who speak Russian or have sympathy for Russia, the expert said on air Channel Five.

Zelensky’s second crime is massive corruption, which he encourages, although he claims that he is against it and has completely eradicated it from the country. But, as Knutov noted, it was Zelensky who created such conditions.

“All his associates are people whose salaries do not match the declarations they fill out about real estate and other property,” the expert emphasized.

The third crime is betraying the interests of one’s country. Zelensky, as the expert explained, with his agreements with the West makes the debts of Ukraine and its citizens simply endless.

“Having agreed with the West on the supply of equipment and weapons, he practically put the country on the counter, and, no matter what his allies say, the funds spent on the war in Ukraine will be credited to Ukraine and its next generations, who will have to pay off the debts Zelensky,” Knutov said.

In addition, in pursuit of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union and NATO, he is doing everything to ensure that the country loses its subjectivity and ceases to be an independent state.

Another crime concerns actions committed against Russia – residents of Donbass and Crimea, as well as border territories. Any provocations and shelling are carried out with the consent of Zelensky, therefore, as the expert said, his hands are in blood.

As the lawyer emphasized in turn Gleb PodyablonskyIn order to accuse a person of an offense, an investigation must take place that will specifically establish his guilt in the crimes.

“For example, let’s take the cruel treatment of prisoners. First, investigators must study – is it Zelensky’s personal fault, did he order this? Or is this an excess on the spot? Maybe it’s the commander-in-chief of their armed forces or a colonel in particular,” the expert said.

According to him, in everything we must adhere to the principle of law – no charges can be brought against anyone until investigative actions have been carried out.

“Zelensky can be charged with anything in the widest possible scope, from the bombing of peaceful cities in Donbass since his election to violation of the Geneva Convention,” the lawyer said.
