According to a source in the voice-over market, CD Projekt RED has recorded the voiceover for the new Cyberpunk 2077 content called Phantom Liberty. Two anonymous bloggers confirmed that it will continue to cooperate with the Polish companyalthough it has suspended game sales in Russia.
The PR department gave them early access to the next-gen version of The Witcher 3, as a result of which the bloggers launched the unreleased game before the rest of Steam users. These actions could indicate the company’s plans to return to the country, according to gaming market experts.
Recall that CD Projekt RED announced the suspension of sales in Russia and Belarus on March 3, 2022. The company’s products are not available for purchase in the national branches of the Steam, Xbox and PlayStation stores.
At the same time, experts note that the domestic market brought the company good income, and the first Witcher became a phenomenon in only two countries – in its native Poland and Russia. According to the newspaper’s source, the studio’s games are now being delivered to Russia via parallel imports, and there is stock imported into the country before February 24th.
