From the study of Omnibus, La7’s politics and current affairs programme, the expert shed light on the meteorological conditions of our peninsula. “Will it be cold?”, asked the host of the container directly. “Very cold, I would say not because these clouds that we saw arriving and bringing precipitation came from the Atlantic and brought humid but temperate air. In the North it was colder, there was also some snowfall but minimal quantities”, he replied .

Already from today you will be able to notice that the most intense phase “seems to have passed”. In particular, “the most intense part of the disturbance seems to have fallen in the South”. An “improvement in the North” is expected. In the Centre, however, at least in part of the day, there will be “intense rainfall” and especially in the South on the Tyrrhenian side. Tomorrow, however, “this bad weather will ease”. This means that we will find “only some residual rain, moderate in the South and large clearings in the North and Centre”, continued the meteorologist.

The situation will be stable on Thursday. Paolo Sottocorona, however, warned: “Don’t count on Friday because something will certainly reciprocate.” As regards minimum temperatures, they are “very low in the North, even below zero”, while “in the Center and South they have had a sharp increase”, concluded the expert.
